How do I play?
Choose two tiles of the same color in one row or column, with at least two tiles between them. The endpoints stay fixed and the order of the inner tiles reverses immediately after your second choice. Connect all tiles of each color by shared sides; touching only at a corner does not count. A hands-on tutorial starts for new players and can be revisited from the game’s help.
Hints, undo and stars
Undo is always free and unlimited. A fresh attempt includes one free hint; extra hints may require a rewarded ad. Leaving and resuming a puzzle preserves whether that free hint has been used. Restarting the puzzle starts a fresh attempt. Stars depend on move count; the map keeps your best result. Hints are calculated on the device and do not require a puzzle server.
Where is my progress?
Progress stays on this device. There is no MOA account or operator cloud sync, and support cannot restore a server copy. Do not delete or reinstall the app as a first troubleshooting step. App deletion, clearing app data or switching devices may lose progress. Operating-system backups are separate from a MOA transfer feature.
Ads or hints are unavailable
Core puzzles and local hint calculation can work offline, but an extra hint earned through an ad needs a connection and an available ad. An ad can fail to load or close before a reward is earned; it should not consume your local puzzle progress. Test versions may display an official Google test ad. Tell support your app version, device and the steps involved if a reward does not arrive.
Languages, screen layout and problems
Choose Korean, English, Japanese or Traditional Chinese in Settings. For clipping, rotation, sound or gameplay issues, send your device model, OS version, app version and reproduction steps. A screenshot is helpful if you remove unrelated personal information. Please keep the app installed while we investigate.
How do I buy or restore ad-free play?
Open Settings → MOA, Ad-Free. One payment removes interstitials and hint ads. It is not a subscription. Restore purchases with the same App Store or Google Play account on the same platform. Store purchases do not move between iOS and Android, and restoring a purchase does not restore puzzle saves. If a payment is pending, wait for the store to confirm it; do not buy repeatedly.
What does Game Center save?
On iOS, Game Center records achievements for first clears, star collections, journey completion and daily puzzles. Existing local records count when you connect. Signing in is optional. Game Center achievements are not a cloud backup of your puzzle progress.
