What is included?
Feeltory includes private journaling, mood check-ins, gratitude notes, thought reframing, weekly reviews, local statistics and insights, breathing and grounding exercises, three care guides, personal routines, My Toolkit, app lock, local reminders, and JSON export and import. English, Korean, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese are included.
Where are my records?
Records are stored inside the app on this device. There is no Feeltory account or operator cloud sync. On iPhone and iPad, your device settings may include app data in an Apple or computer backup. Android backup is disabled. We cannot recover records from a server. Export important records before deleting the app or changing devices.
How do I move my records?
Open Settings and choose Export Records to create a Feeltory JSON file, then save it somewhere you control. On the other device, choose Import Records and review the counts before confirming. Import merges compatible records and keeps the existing device record when an identifier conflicts. Keep exports private because they are readable files.
What does Plus unlock?
The free app keeps core recording and data controls available. The first step of each care guide is free. Feeltory Plus is one purchase that unlocks the remaining guide steps, personal routines with ordered and timed activities, and My Toolkit. It is not an auto-renewing subscription.
Purchase or restoration is not working
Use the same Apple Account or Google account that purchased Plus, make sure store access is available, then open Feeltory Settings or the Plus screen and choose Restore Purchases. Apple or Google handles billing and refund requests. Support cannot see your card details.
App lock, reminders, or records are not working
Check the relevant device permission in system Settings and make sure the device has free storage. Do not delete or reinstall Feeltory as a first troubleshooting step because local records may be lost. Email support with your device model, OS version, app version, and the steps that led to the problem. Remove private writing from screenshots unless it is essential.
